Ordering:

We accept orders online, via telephone or email, at local events and at cloth diaper consultations. We use a secure SSL so that our online customers can shop safely and securely. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and another email confirmation once your order has shipped. All orders can be tracked via your account, please login to your account for order status reports.

Payments:

Payment is processed through a secure network.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as Google Checkout. 

Personal checks are ONLY accepted from local customers in Delaware; orders are not delivered until checks clear; there is a $35.00 returned check fee.

Inventory:

We do our best to ensure our online database is up to date, but it is still possible that a product you order may not be in stock.  If you order an item that is not in stock, we will email or call you with available options. Happy Heiny's and Bottom Bumpers products are stocked in a limited amount, all other items are in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping:

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00!

All orders are shipped out via USPS or UPS Ground using real time rates starting from $3.95.  We offer economy and expedited shipping for your convenience.  All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  All orders received after 3pm EST will be processed the following day. Once your order has shipped, please allow 6-10 business days for economy shipments and 3-5 days for expedited shipments.  

Local orders from Delaware are available for pick-up in Smyrna at no cost to you!
 

Returns & Exchanges:

Risk Free Shopping!  We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us at (888)505-5836 OR email first so that we may rectify any issues you may be having with your product.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed and containing all original packaging; products in the above stated condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in the product description. Please fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by logging into your account or click here. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price minus shipping fees. 

*If you received FREE shipping and are returning merchandise for a refund, the original shipping cost for us to send your order will be deducted from the refund.  

Your money will not be refunded for any item that has been WASHED or WORN.

Please read the washing instructions so you know how to properly care for your diapers and covers.  If you have any questions about washing or caring for cloth diapers, please contact us first.

Due to the nature of the products, the following items cannot be returned:

Reward Points:

At Diaper My Baby, we reward our customers for their loyalty.  Shop and earn Reward Points that can be used for FREE cloth diapers. Learn more about our Rewards program.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are issued electronically via email to the recipient's email address OR via USPS snail mail. Gift certificates are transferrable but must be used within one (1) year of purchase. Expired gift certificates will not be accepted. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.  Returns on products purchased with gift certificates will be refunded with store credit. Discount Codes:

Occasionally we offer discount codes via our manufacturers or for special local events. These discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions. Discount codes are not valid on already discounted or sale items and may sometimes be limited to one use per household.
